Junior Software Developer
We're not looking for someone who knows everything. We're looking for someone who learns fast, isn't afraid to make mistakes, and loves building things that actually work.
- You'll work on real projects for real companies — not made-up exercises or context-free tickets.
- You'll be mentored by senior developers who actually want to share what they know.
- You'll have access to the full project: frontend, backend, deployment. No boxes.
What we look for
- Curiosity — you want to understand why, not just how
- Reliability — if you say you'll deliver on Friday, you deliver on Friday
- Basic programming foundations (any language — seriously)
- The ability to ask for help without waiting 3 days

Junior Digital Project Manager
You're the kind of person who makes things happen. Who hates pointless meetings, emails that go nowhere, and projects that stall. This role is for you.
- You'll sit at the center of our client projects, bridging clients and the dev team.
- You'll make sure deliverables go out on time, everyone stays aligned, and clients always have an answer.
- You'll join discovery calls and help scope projects.
