By accessing novia-lab.com, you agree to be bound by these terms of service. If you do not accept these terms, please do not use this site.
2. Services
Novia-Lab provides custom software development services including web applications, mobile apps, APIs, and technical consulting. Specific terms of each engagement are defined in a service agreement signed between Novia-Lab and the client.
3. Intellectual Property
All content on this site (text, images, code, brand) is the property of Novia-Lab. Code delivered as part of a client project becomes the property of the client upon receipt of final payment, per the terms of the service agreement.
4. Limitation of Liability
Novia-Lab shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of this site or its services. Novia-Lab's total liability is limited to the amount paid by the client in the 12 months preceding the claim.
5. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Quebec and applicable federal laws of Canada. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Quebec.
